Default Copying several folder contents to parent?

Is there any easy way to copy all the all the files within folders of a directory to the top level directory? For example:

_______Folder 01
________/____\
Folder 02 Folder 03

I want to copy everything from Folders 02 and 03 into Folder 01, without doing it manually as my folder counts hits somewhere in the 50s. The only solution I could find was getting a zip program that does not preserve the file structure, which I've not seen one even give that sort of option in several years.
