I can only suggest a couple of possibilities.
1. Open Ms config and see if there is something significant loading in the startup tab.
2. Open Internet explorer /Tools/Internet Options. delete your entire "Browsing history"
3. The trickiest. Open regedit. Search for crazy dumper or crazy dumper (2 searches) before searching mark it in the square as exact match. Delete all the entries it fins. (If you are not aware of it, after you find one item you can press F4 to look for the next.)

Nothing works I deleted all the history and stuff nothing, there's nothing in startup either.. I checked the registry as well but nothing comes up after the search. I repeated with several options but nothing comes up...

You have yourself a problem there. Maybe another reader has a solution?
I have been hunting around for a solution. Unfortunately there is no way I will open that site - it must be up to its knees in virus!
Closest I could get was that the site has putt a whole new wallpaper on your computer. Sounds absurd but?
Try going into personalize and changing your scheme and wall paper etc.

this will work to remove "Crazy Dumper" file
My friend visited that website and got same file that locked to his laptop.
He was desperate to have me help him remove the file before his wife had to use his laptop.
I did a google search and was able to find a tool to remove the file. It was funny he was ready to format his computer. I was surprise to hear that he was using firefox when he got this file locked on his computer. I help set up his laptop so he could surf safely but must be a site that has a strong program to by pass all the safety precaution I set up for him. Here is the link.
