Default RequireAdministrator in startup


I'm new to vista...i have done an windows application using C#...i need that application to run as startup program...but there is a problem in creating manifest for the application...i tried using RequireAdministrator and asInvoker level in manifest...but its not working...is there any other way to make our application to run as startup...if u have any idea please help me...r if there any links having solution please send that...Thank You...

I always deploy a manifest for Vista installations. Here is the manifest I deploy with my QwikDraw application.
