Default Issue resolved

I finally resolved this issue. In my case anyway, it was caused by a mixup in the mail system defaults between Outlook 2003 and Windows Mail. This is what I did to fix it:
Control Panel; Internet Options; Programs tab; Set Programs; Set your default programs; select Windows Mail; select Set this program as default. I then did the same thing with Windows Calendar and Windows Contacts.
Good Luck....
