Recently when turning on the PC, it takes ages to stop loading then a window pops up saying

'Photo Toolkit Plugin has stopped working

No solution if offered and can't find anything online.

Any ideas?

Tried a system restore but no joy

What program does the plugin belong to ? and do you use it, if not remove it or at least go into msconfig from start-run and disable it from loading as start up.

No idea which application it is for (don't even know what it is). Will try your suggestion for disabling it.
