Upon hearing continues beeps,...I immediately removed the note pad and shut down the computer by depressing the start-button. After waiting 5 minutes,...I restarted the laptop and was unable to boot-up OS and received the following message. Phoenix TrustedCore(tm) NB Copyright 1985-2006 Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Choose your language setting, and then click "Next." 3. Click "Repair you computer." If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance. File: \Boot\BCD Status: 0xc000000e Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data. I conducted all three above steps as instructed and was unable to fix the problem. Questions??? Did this situation cause DAMAGE to any of the hardware within the Laptop?? Please HELP!! Any assistance to help guide me through the recovering process will be most appreciated. Thank You!!! Sincerely, Jason |
