Default cant format hard drive

Tried to reinstall vista. After reinstallation still have 3 partition on 1 disc. 2 on the other. The reason for reinstalling was to delete all partitions. What do I do?

Vista isn't going to delete the partitions for you - you'll have to do that yourself. You can do this most easily by simply using Vista's administrative tools and using the graphic user interface to choose the disk partitions you want to delete and simply deleting them. Otherwise you can use the command line interface or a startup disk, which isn't as simple.
