Is this a safe folder in my directory?

AppData\LocalLow\TrustWorthy . It seems suspicious to me to have a folder called "Trustworthy" and I didn't create it. There is an empty logs folder inside of this "Trustworthy" folder and that's all there is in it. Is it safe to delete this folder out of my directory? I already selected show all in folder and nothing shows up inside of the "logs" folder.
