Default USB Receiver Problem for MX Revolution and other Driver Problems

Hi, I have Windows Vista 32Bit and the newest SetPoint driver, but my MX Revolution doesn't work ... it is said that my driver doesn't work and I have just a mouse icon but it doesn't react!

Also, there is another problem that has come to my attention. I have a HP Photosmart C4150 All in One printer device. It is supposed to be plug and play, but whenever I put it in, regardless of whether or not I install the correct driver, it refuses to work!

Finally, with the "Found New Hardware" wizard, when it searches for drivers, anybody mind telling me where I should tell it my driver is? Even after I install it and direct it to the correct folder, it finds nothing. What should a driver file look like as well?

Thanks, and please reply soon.
